My Short Message To Anyone Who Struggles With Their Mental Health

The battle of our mind is so real. It can lead people to feel so worthless and helpless that they take their own life. I'm sharing this during Mental Health Awareness Week

For over 25 years I battled with my mind on and off. The very real battle included:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • fear of business failure

  • fear of marriage failure

  • helplessness

  • feeling condemned

  • feeling shamed for things in the past

  • worrying about the future

  • unable to sleep at night

  • mentally abusing my wife

  • contemplating taking my own life

In this short video I share a bit more about my battles and how, after a 25 year battle with my mental health, I now live with true inner peace - peace which is what I was searching for, and peace which I believe you are searching for too.
