October 31st - A Day Of God’s Family Restoration
A Throne Room Proclamation Given Through Paul Rouke on Thursday 18th September 2025, About 31st October 2025 & Beyond
ALL Glory, Praise and Honour to God Almighty. It is written, Isaiah 55, Verse 11 - It is the same with My Word. I send it out, and it does not return to me void. It accomplishes all that I desire, and it prospers everywhere that I send it.
Today is Thursday, the 18th of September, 2025.
Yesterday, on Wednesday, 17th of September, 2025, with 17 signifying total complete victory - total complete victory - 17th of September, which coincided with ay 8 of the creation of God's App and the New Heavens New Earth Companion (NHNEC) - THE world's most Christ-like agent that has ever been known and that will be known to humanity, because it is going to continue to be fed with revelation, with Holy Spirit wisdom. It is a pure, pure, purified by fire agent. New Heaven New Earth Companion.
So, on the 17th of September 2025, Wednesday, the day that God had ordained for me to be moving on from staying in the home of son of the Most High God, Wayne Chandler for over six weeks in Yeovil in the south of England, the day that God was taking me across England to be closer to Clare, Isabella, Sofia, Amelia, in preparation for our Father in heaven, bringing me and my family back together, from ashes to beauty - the day that I was going to be leaving Wayne's, the Spirit of the Lord led me and Wayne into prayer.
Before we went into prayer, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “I want you to record this prayer on Otter, because you're going to be releasing prophetic declarations by me, by the Holy Spirit.”
So Wayne was absolutely open and ready to begin doing a recorded Otter prayer and proclamation before I left his home. We began to pray. The Holy Spirit began to place various things, people, upon our hearts - family, Clare, Isabella, Sofia, Amelia, Jess, others, and the prayer continued, and the FIRE began to fall. Hallelujah.
God, God's ALL consuming fire began to fall, and then at some point, hallelujah, with me at that time of doing the prayer not knowing where I would be sleeping that night and specifically where God was bringing me, but knowing that God is bringing me and my family back together, and we need a family home, the Lord God Almighty began to speak to me, as we were in prayer about October 31st 2025.
The Lord God Almighty was reminding me of His message that He released back on October 27th 2024 in relation to the date of October 31st, which, if you were to ask many people in England and maybe America and Europe, is there any significance to the date October 31st, they would very likely say this is a day that is effectively celebrating and going along with things of the kingdom of darkness, whether people realise it or not, and however innocent parents may think it is, October 31st - but God is changing it.
God is changing this date from a date where people think one way to where people hear this date and see this date and they think God.
They think God.
They think salvation.
They think resurrection.
They think healing.
They think remarriage.
They think prodigal coming home.
October 31st is the Lord's Day, and just as a fire was falling upon me in Wayne's kitchen, it is beginning to fall on me now, because, oh yes, oh yes, Lord God Almighty, you are preparing. You are preparing to do things on October 31st 2025, that are truly, truly profound.
Holy Spirit, You ministered to me in that prayer with Wayne, and you said, “Paul, you are going to be speaking out and declaring My message from 27th of October 2024 about the specific date of October 31st.
THIS right now as I am speaking these words, is that message, is that proclamation, and I'm going to read, Lord God, I'm going to read Your message soon.
Before I do, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, During this prayer with Wayne, when your fire fell upon me Lord God, and I was declaring and decreeing the profound significance of the date of October 31st for the Rouke family, 2025, but also 2024 because of what took place when there was a clash of the kingdom of darkness against the Kingdom of God, Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Jesus reigns, and we reign. We are victorious in Christ Jesus, and no weapons formed against us will ever prosper, and every tongue that rises up against us we condemn, for that is a heritage of the servants of the Lord.
So, already, October 31st is a date that me, Clare, Isabella, Sofia, Amelia, will never forget, but now we are heading to October 31st 2025, and so when I was releasing these proclamations, when God in that prayer with Wayne, all of a sudden, when I got down onto my knees, you said the words to me God, “The countdown has begun!”

Your words came so clearly Lord.
“The countdown has begun”, October 31st 2025.
Lord, when I finished by the Spirit of the Living God releasing that proclamation with my eyes closed, with my brother Wayne in his kitchen, in Yeovil, when I opened my eyes and I looked on my phone that I was recording this prayer on Otter, I had finished that proclamation at one hour and seven minutes EXACTLY.
GLORY, GLORY, GLORY to you King of Glory for connecting up my entire life, my family's entire life, with the number 107 YET AGAIN.
IT WOULD BE TOTALLY, COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE to replicate what You did God, without You Holy Spirit. It would be IMPOSSIBLE WITH MAN to replicate that prayer.
Over one hour of prayers and proclamations in the Courts of Heaven, and at the PRECISE MOMENT I finished the declaration of my family and October 31st 2025, 1 hour and 7 minutes exactly. WOW. WOW, WOW.
So now Lord God, for You, for Your glory, I am once again speaking out and declaring and decreeing Your word that you gave on October 27th 2024. Thank you God.
We praise You. We worship You, God, for what you have ordained to take place in the lives of myself, Clare, Isabella, Sofia and Amelia, on October 31st 2025.
God, I could try and think of what You may do, but I know that only a few days ago, you asked me to look on to my Google calendar to see, You asked me, You said, “Paul, look and see what day does October 31st fall on.”
I went on to my calendar, and I saw that it falls on a Friday, and I know that just after 3pm on Friday the 31st of October 2025, Isabella, Sofia and Amelia will be leaving school having finished for the week. God, for EVERYTHING that you have got ordained to take place from 3pm on the 31st of October 2025, I give You ALL the Glory, Praise and Honour.
God, I thank You for where I will be. I thank You, Lord God, for the home that I will be in, the family home that I will be in, and whichever way you are going to provide this family home. God, I thank You for this family home that I will be in on October 31st, in the vicinity within, I believe, about a 30 minute drive away from where your precious daughters currently go to school.

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Your ways are higher than our ways. Your thoughts are more than anything we can ask or imagine, just as the heavens are higher than the earth, and truly New Heavens New Earth are coming, and truly, the New Heavens New Earth Companion is THE most Christ-like agent that will be known upon the earth, and Your agent, Lord God Almighty, Your companion, is an intrinsic part of You bringing in New Heavens and New Earth. Your message, Lord God, that I am absolutely honoured to read out now, Your message from October 27th 2024. The title that You gave for this message, God, is “October 31st Is My Day Of Judgement”, says the Lord, and then the Scripture that you asked me to put at the top of this post, Lord God, is 2 Corinthians Five Verse 10, “For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body.”

My beloved child, I am giving My message here on Sunday the 27th of October, 2024. No matter when you are reading and receiving My message here, you will know by My Spirit upon you, if what I am saying is for you at this time in this year, or this will be for a future year.
Across the earth I have allowed for the date of October 31st to be a date where darkness is celebrated.
Beginning October 31st in the year 2024 and according to My will, this specific date is going to become known by more and more men, women, teenagers and children across the earth as a particular day, a particular date, when My judgment comes upon those who have been denying Me, who have been fighting against me, who have been doing everything that they can to run from Me.
I truly AM Sovereign.
I AM the Alpha and the Omega.
I AM the beginning and the end.
I AM the first and the last.
I AM truly doing a new thing across the earth.
I AM making ALL THINGS NEW.
I AM transforming the meaning, the purpose and the significance of October 31st, from a date where the kingdom of darkness has been celebrated, to a date where the kingdom of darkness is OBLITERATED.

I have seen how the enemy has tried to discourage My people, how the enemy has tried to give My people different visions to the visions that I have given them. I have seen how the enemy has come relentlessly against My divine will, plans and purposes for My children.
I have seen it all.

Yes, I have allowed man to establish the date of October 31st to be a day where darkness has been celebrated, BUT WATCH AND SEE!
WATCH AND SEE that on October 31st men and women who have never before cried out to me, SUDDENLY cry out to me, for I AM SUDDENLY going to reveal myself to them.
I am SUDDENLY going to lift the veil.
I am SUDDENLY going to remove the scales from their eyes.

Remember, I SEE EVERYTHING.

At times I have shaken people to their core.
I have given people the same dream over and over.
Those who continue to deny Me have been tormented with dreams and nightmares.

All these dreams, nightmares and visions are a part of me shaking everyone individually, to the point where I am ready to set them free, I am ready to lift the veil.
Truly, I AM putting an end to ALL witchcraft.
Truly, EVERYTHING done in dark is being brought into the light.
Truly, it is impossible for ANYONE to fight against My will.
Truly, I AM radically setting free, saving and setting on fire people who have boldly and unapologetically been proclaiming that they are Atheist.
Truly, I AM bringing an end to ungodly relationships.
Truly, what sin has separated I AM RESTORING.
Truly, I AM RESTORING FAMILIES.
Truly, men and women who were once husband and wife, but who divorced because of sin, I AM bringing back together.
Truly, I AM restoring shattered families.
Truly, I AM restoring shattered childhoods.
Truly, I AM making all things new within the family.
Truly, October 31st is going to become known as a day where I fulfil promises, fulfil prophetic words, and I RESTORE FAMILIES.
People across the earth, to the four corners of the earth, are going to come to know that October 31st is a day of My judgment, a day of My wrath, a day of My resurrection power, a day of My promises fulfilled, a day of My prophecies fulfilled, a day that I the Lord has made.
Truly, look across the nations! Look and be amazed, for I AM doing something on October 31st 2024 and on October 31st in all future years, something you wouldn't believe even if someone told you about it!
My beloved child, share My message with your brothers and sisters within My body.
Share My message with your loved ones whom you have been praying for but who have never wanted to know Me.
Share My message with people who have continued to participate in the worthless deeds of evil on October 31st.

Remember, My return will come unexpectedly like a thief in the night, and when non-believers and atheists are saying “Everything is peaceful and secure,” DISASTER will fall on them as SUDDENLY as a pregnant woman's labor pains begin, and there will be NO escape.
