Currently in my 49th year of life and the CEO of Become People-Centric, as I reflect back over my working life I am truly honoured as to the length and depth of professional experiences I have gained, and that I bring into all my 1-1 advisor engagements.

• Over 30 years experience working within and for some of the world’s most recognisable companies, including British Aerospace, Nike, Red Bull, Allianz and Cisco

• Over 25 years experience of moderating 1-1 user and behavioural research studies

• Over 20 years experience of business strategy & culture of companies ranging from innovative start-ups to world leaders

• Over 14 years experience as the founder & CEO of a growing UX and CRO agency, PRWD, establishing it as one of the industry leaders, and growing it to 7 figure turnover

• Over 10 years experience of public speaking including being the keynote speaker at an industry leading event

• Experience across multiple sectors including retail, sports, engineering, finance, fashion and luxury goods

• 1000’s of hours in 1-1 conversations with people at all different levels of seniority within business
