What This Looks Like

Each 1-1 conversation is simple and gentle.

  • We meet for up to one hour - respecting both your time and my time

  • We use either Zoom or Teams, whichever you prefer

  • The conversation is private and confidential

  • There are no recordings

  • There is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to

  • We move at your pace, not an agenda

You are free to speak about whatever feels most present for you - whether that’s something recent, something long-held, or something you can’t quite put into words yet.

Regularity & Duration

  • Per person, a maximum of 1 session per week

  • Per person, a maximum of 4 sessions per month

  • I expect to conclude the advisory engagement with each executive/leader within 3 months, but ultimately at your request, with no obligation

  • Advisory can be offered to fellow executives/C-suite members/business leaders

  • It is absolutely key is that I don’t become a “crux” for you in any way

Completely Optional

Only if agreed, conversations will be recorded using AI and synthesised insights and recommendations will be provided following a 1-1 session
