Reputation, Credibility, and Family Preservation

Seeking to manage the fallout of marriage collapse, family collapse, business collapse, reputation collapse, and credibility collapse has been a long and slow journey for me. There is a saying in life that what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger, and I recognise that in many ways I have been made stronger through what I have lived through.

I know that my life has been redeemed, and I now live with an experienced peace that I never knew before. This peace was not present during the years when I was trying to hold everything together while unseen issues continued beneath the surface. It has come only after walking through the consequences, not before.

Because of this, my heart’s desire is to be someone who can be a bridge, or a signpost, to men and women who themselves have families, careers, reputations, and credibility to protect. My desire is to help them address hidden issues early, rather than living as I did — managing the fallout later.

What I long for is the preservation of what already exists: marriages, families, children, callings, and credibility. Not through denial or avoidance, but through truth, honesty, and early intervention, before loss becomes inevitable.

As I share these words now, I can see clearly from personal experience that many times what I was carried through, and how I was comforted, has enabled me to bring that same comfort to others - so that they may not have to go through what I went through.
